Pickleballs are the finest training aid I have encountered! You can throw quality batting practice in your front yard. I do everyday when my college ballplayer son is home. If he hits it back and it hits me in the nose, I am still alive. You can throw every day and your arm won’t fall off.

If I had a team of young players, I would get a bucket of Pickleballs, and spread the hitters around me in a circle. You can spin and throw and get them a tremendous amount of cuts in a short period of time.

Before a game, you can do that circle drill in the outfield and in 5-10 minutes get them each ten cuts and a HUGE advantage in the game.

Pickleballs work great with the Insider Bat and the Hands Back Hitter.
